IThe process
How your listing works
01
Find your listing
Listings are organized by city. Find your city and look for your business name. Each listing shows what we found on your website, the page we found it on, and the month we checked.
02
We check your website
We only give the Rated badge after checking your own website for proof that you move pianos: a piano-moving service page, or a piano store or technician that states it moves pianos. If we couldn’t find that yet, your listing is marked “not yet verified” until your website shows it.
03
Your site is the source
Everything on a listing (phone, service area, services, year founded, insurance statements, published prices) comes from your website, with a link to the page. If your site doesn’t say it, we don’t show it.
04
The same rules for everyone
The Rated badge and the order of listings follow published rules that apply to every business the same way. Read how we rate.
An example listing. The name, number and links are placeholders.
1Your photo and logoTaken from your own website, with a credit linking to the page a photo came from. With neither, the listing shows your initials, as here.
2Your name and the Rated badgeYour business name as your website writes it. The badge links to the published rules it follows.
3Your Google reviews, in bandsRoughly how many Google reviews you have, in bands such as 200+, as of the month we checked, with a link to the reviews so visitors can read them. We never show a star rating.
4The “Why rated” lineThe proof we found on your website, linked to that exact page, with the month we checked.
5ServicesOnly the services your website says you offer.
6Service area and phoneFrom your website too, as are any year founded, insurance statement or prices you publish.
7Call and WebsiteYour own phone number and your own website: calls and visits go straight to you.
IIIThe badge
Get the Rated badge
A business gets the Rated badge when both of these are true:
I.
Proof on their own website
It is a verified piano mover, as described above, from its own website.
II.
A strong public review record
It has a strong public review record: 4.5 stars or higher from at least 10 Google reviews, at the time we checked (September 2026).
Reviews change over time, so a business can gain or lose the badge when we check again.
If something is wrong or out of date, the quickest fix is usually to make sure your own website says it clearly, then tell us which page to look at. Please include:
your business name as it appears on your website,
the city page your listing is on,
what should change, and the page on your website that shows it.
Ask to be added
Send us your business name, your website, and the cities you serve. We will read your website and add you if it shows you move pianos. If your listing says “not yet verified,” send us the page on your website that shows your piano-moving service and we will check it again.
